SHOP POLICIES
Custom Orders are FINAL. No Returns or Exchanges.
Delivery time is 5 - 7 business days for Custom Orders and 1 or 2 business days for Rush Orders (must include all details at the time order is placed)
Rush Orders are also subject to product subtitution depending on product availibilty
RUSH ORDERS are FINAL. No Refunds, No Substitutions, or Art changes allowed.
Weekends are not considered Business days
Delivery time is for in-person pickup at our retail location. Shipping time is not included in these normal or rush delivery times.
Orders must be place before 4pm on our business day, otherwise the order date will be our next business day.
Orders are only ready for pickup after 6pm on the delivery date.
After taking our above policies into consideration, if you want your item on a specific date or time, please specify in your order submission under the additional comments section.
